Smackdown Application Presentation


    As students studying in school we don't always necessarily have the time that we need to take care of our bodies at school and education is extremely important and should come first. But when it comes to health, if you don't have your health, you can't have school. think about it without good health how would you be able to attend school? You would most likely be in and out of doctor's appointments or hospitalized for illnesses consistently. Bad health has a tendency to have a chain reaction in our lives regarding what we can do and what we aren't able to do. This is extremely important to me as I go into my career, studying to become a chiropractor and enjoy my time here getting my prerequisite at Stockton.

    For this SmackDown application presentation, I have chosen an app that is called Fitbod. Fitbod is an application that utilizes an algorithm and artificial intelligence to become a personal trainer in your pocket. This is a mobile application that can give you guidance in the gym and through your fitness career and objectives whatever they may be. This application is a way in which you can organize your workout routines and customize exactly what your goals are to achieve these routines. Achieving these routines will allow you to achieve your fitness goals, in a consistent period as nothing comes without time and consistency.

    I will be able to utilize this application in my career as a student to keep myself organized in the gym and to keep my timely so that I can continue my studies and focus on my academics. I will also be able to utilize this application in my career as a chiropractor and show my patients a way in which they can approach fitness and have a clear idea of what to do. I condone this application in that, I use it myself and will continue to use it as it has done nothing but for me in my life. I hope that encourages all of you to take a step forward if you don't already have a fitness or wellness routine. This project was an awesome opportunity for me to be able to present this information and bring awareness to this application and health and wellness for everyone.   1. I love that this app does pretty much all of the planning for you. It certainly is great for students who may not have time to plan their workout. I also love how friendly it is to beginners who may not know where to start with their fitness journey.

  2. AI has come a long way in saving our time. I see how this app can be beneficial for a lot of students who want to support their physical health. Having a personal trainer in such an accessible way is a great selling point.

  4. I love this app! I would 100% use it when going to the gym because it is so hard to come up with workout routines on your own especially when you are just starting out. I love that it shows you exactly what muscles you will work out with each thing and it even shows you how to do the workout. Thank you for adding this to my tool belt!

  5. I love FitBod! As someone who is new to working out, this is an awesome app to teach someone how to target certain muscle groups, and what workout suggestions for each muscle group. Good job at explaining how to use the different features on it!

  6. Fitbod app sounds super interesting and useful, and I see how this could be useful to you as a future chiropractor. Sharing feedback with clients can be very important to running a successful business. I like how customizable this app is, it looks very useful for beginners at the gym who aren’t experienced at every exercise yet. I also like how this helps you plan and keep track of your workouts.

  7. I personally love working out and FitBod is definitely an app I may consider trying out. Being able to have a planned workout with targeted muscles for every day of the week will make days at the gym run much smoother.
